THURSDAY - SUNDAY (FERNIE, BC)

The Mountain Long Weekend

Arrive at the lodge Thursday evening. Two full days of facilitated reflective conversations, mountain adventures, deeper connection, and practical self-leadership tools. You leave Sunday midday with a written personal roadmap - and the community to walk with it.

The mountains give you the clarity. The tools give you the path.

BACK IN EVERYDAY LIFE

You apply it - intentionally, consistently.

The real work happens at home. Armed with your 5 Pathways framework, emotional wheel and personal leadership plan, you begin weaving new habits, mindsets, and practices into your daily life.
Small, consistent actions - not perfection.

The weekend shifts something. What you do with it at home is where life begins.

ONGOING - MONTHLY VIA ZOOM

Monthly check-ins keep you accountable & connected

Every month, you reconnect with your host + the women from MLE via Zoom. Check in on your
progress, troubleshoot what's hard, celebrate what's shifting, and stay anchored to your
intentions - with the women who experienced the Mountain Life Experience too.

Connection is what brings peace and clarity.
